Powerhouse Group Programme – Terms and Conditions

By joining the Powerhouse Group Programme (“the Programme”), you (“the Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Programme Commitment

1.1 The Programme requires a minimum commitment of six (6) consecutive months.
1.2 Your commitment starts from the date of your first payment or agreed start date, whichever is earlier.
1.3 After the minimum commitment period, your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled in writing with at least 30 days’ notice.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1 To secure your place in the Programme, your first payment is required in advance. This payment acts as a deposit and covers your first month.
2.2 Your next monthly payment will be collected at the end of your first month and will continue monthly in advance thereafter.
2.3 All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
2.4 Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of access to the Programme.

3. Cancellation and Termination

3.1 You may not cancel your place in the Programme within the initial six-month commitment.
3.2 After the minimum term, you may cancel by providing 30 days’ written notice to emily@thefemalefounderspace.com.
3.3 We reserve the right to terminate your participation if you breach these Terms, engage in behaviour that disrupts the Programme, or fail to make payments.

4. Programme Delivery

4.1 The Programme includes group sessions, resources, and community access as described on our website or in your welcome pack.
4.2 We reserve the right to make changes to content, session times, or facilitators if necessary. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1 You agree to participate respectfully and maintain the confidentiality of other members.
5.2 You are responsible for your own implementation of any advice or guidance provided. Results are not guaranteed.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

6.1 All materials provided are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of The Female Founder Space.
6.2 You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any Programme materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Programme.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
