1. Membership & Participation

Membership in The Female Founder Space is subject to adherence to this Code of Conduct. TFFS reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate membership if these guidelines are violated. Membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of suspension or termination due to a breach of this Code of Conduct.

2. Content & Intellectual Property

Any materials shared within TFFS (such as training resources, presentations, or insights) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Members may not use TFFS content for commercial purposes without express permission.

3. Liability & Disclaimer

The Female Founder Space is not responsible for business decisions, outcomes, or advice exchanged within the community. TFFS assumes no liability for damages arising from interactions between members.

4. Enforcement & Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a breach of this Code of Conduct, please report it confidentially to emily@thefemalefounderspace.com. TFFS reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal from the community.

1. Maintain Confidentiality

Respect confidential information shared by other members and TFFS.

Do not share proprietary, personal, or business-sensitive information outside the community without consent.

2. Respect Privacy

Do not violate another member’s privacy rights.

Do not collect, store, or share personal data of other members without permission.

3. Act with Integrity and Respect

Treat all members with respect, professionalism, and kindness.

Foster an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment.

Avoid discrimination, harassment, or any form of exclusionary behaviour.

4. Professional Conduct

Avoid defamatory, offensive, abusive, or threatening language or behaviour.

Refrain from any form of bullying, harassment, or intimidation.

5. No Unsolicited Pitches or Promotions

Refrain from unsolicited business pitches, advertising, or self-promotion.
